About Jenna

When crisis, stress, and past events create problems in our lives, one may not know where to even begin. Reaching out is the first step in your journey towards restoration and growth, and through a therapeutic relationship, you will recognize that you have the power to overcome any obstacle!

I have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and many other issues. With the use of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, we will work together to break down the issues and identify attainable goals to actively work towards. The therapeutic space that I strive to provide clients is an open and safe environment for you to explore your feelings and problems free of any judgment.

I am currently a Provisionally Licensed Practicing Counselor under the supervision of Catherine Lenz. At this time, I accept self-pay and offer a sliding fee to fit clients with financial concerns. I would be honored to help you on your personal journey of growth. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

I provide in-person and telehealth sessions.
