About Me
I work with adolescents and young adults, and I especially enjoy supporting those who are navigating the transitions that come with new phases of life. These transitions can be filled with intense emotions, shifting relationships, identity development, and the pressure of new responsibilities. I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients build coping skills, discover their strengths, and learn to express themselves in healthy, authentic ways.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier coping strategies, as well as trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety, empowerment, and healing at your own pace. I don’t come with all the answers, but instead walk alongside you, offering compassionate guidance and practical tools that foster growth and resilience.
In our work together, we may explore how your past experiences influence your present, identify recurring patterns, and find new perspectives that support lasting change. My goal is to create an inclusive, safe, and inviting space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to take confident steps toward healing and growth.
