About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing individual and group therapy, case management, and client advocacy in community health and psychiatric rehabilitation settings.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy and believe you are the expert of your own story. My role is to walk alongside you as we build insight, strengthen practical coping skills, and cultivate self-compassion. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder, helping them move beyond survival mode toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I am highly skilled in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I use DBT to help clients develop emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills, and CPT to support those working through trauma and unhelpful core beliefs. My goal is to provide structured, evidence-based treatment while maintaining warmth, compassion, and authenticity in our work together.
I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space where people of all races, cultural backgrounds, identities, and faiths feel respected, valued, and supported.
