About Me
Hello! My name is Danielle, and I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a warm, trusting environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. Together, we’ll recognize strengths, work through challenges, and develop practical skills that can be used both in and outside of the therapy room.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be experiencing ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty with emotional regulation, or major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and developmentally appropriate, engaging interventions to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Growing up and navigating life’s transitions can bring challenges at every stage, and I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel heard, understood, and accepted. I view therapy as a partnership—one built on trust, compassion, and connection. Whether your child is learning to manage big emotions, your teen is navigating the pressures of adolescence, or you’re a young adult working through life’s next chapter, I’m committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move toward where you want to be.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you and your family on that journey.
